Jaw crusher should be done before the start of the preparatory work:
(1) carefully check the main parts of the crusher is intact, fastening bolts and other connectors are loose, pulley cover is complete, whether the transmission parts or obstacles and so on.
(2) check the auxiliary equipment such as to the mine, belt conveyor, electrical equipment and signal equipment is intact.
(3) check the crushing chamber with or without material, if the crushing chamber in a large ore or debris, must be dripping on the net, to ensure that the crusher in the no-load start.
(4) Some crusher motor start-up capacity is less than the needs of crusher, flywheel can be used to turn a certain angle. So that the rod is in the most conducive position to start, that is eccentric eccentric shaft rotation center line of the top.
(5) for large and medium-sized jaw crusher, before starting to check the fuel tank oil. If necessary, add lubricant. And then start the pump, to the crusher lubrication part of the oil supply, and other return pipes have oil (usually 5 to 10min), and the oil pressure gauge pointer after the normal working pressure value. To start the crusher in the winter, if the plant without heating equipment, you should first put the oil preheater switch, so that the oil preheat to 15 ~ 2O ℃ and then start the pump.
(6) in the eccentric bearing and other lubrication parts through the cooling water device of the master crusher should be pre-open the circulating cooling water valve.
(7) Before preparatory work, issued a signal to drive. Get the next process to agree before driving.
