Installation of conveying trough of oscillating conveyor
(1)The conveying groove straightness deviation should be less than 3/1000 and 10m less than 5~8mm, the  level oscillating conveyor is greater than the horizontal vertical 1/1000 deviation should be less than 0.5/1000;
(2)The groove flange should be tight and firm, without padding, and the contact with the material should not be more than 0.5mm;
(3)After the installation of the horizontal trough, the bottom of the conveying tank should meet the discharge end slightly below the feed end of 0 ~ 3mm;
(4)The connection part of the feed port and the discharge opening must not cause the phenomenon of limiting vibration.
