1. After the equipment is started, it will run idle for 1-2 minutes, and the upper slide will move 2-3 times at full stroke. If abnormal sound or fault is found, it should be stopped immediately, and the fault should be eliminated. It can only work after everything is normal;
2. When the upper slide and each positioning axis are not at the origin, run the return to origin program;
3. When the processed objects are loaded and unloaded on the rack, there should be a special person to command. The wind top switch can be started only when the command is heard, and the objects should be placed neatly according to the fixed management requirements and placed flat and firmly;
4. When the bending degree is large, people are not allowed to stand at the end.
